Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle payroll queries from employees
- Tally invoices and payments
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Report financial data to the accountant
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Exp in payroll & handling invoices/payment/ Bookkeeping
- Good knowledge in payroll processes and software (quickbook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
