Job Summary


Blue Brick Consulting Group Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Account and Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving business growth and establishing strong, lasting relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales target from inbound leads and assigned client accounts and a commitment to diligently earn the trust of both potential and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential UHNWI clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional consultation and follow up with inbound enquiries
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to offer tailored consulting solutions.

Networking and Outreach:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and expand the client base.
  • Leverage existing networks and build new connections to enhance business opportunities.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the service delivery team to develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance and client engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably within the professional services or financial services industry.


Skills:

• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
