- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in overseeing Accounts department functions, including monthly and year-end closing.
- Support the manager with the yearly financial audit.
- Perform bank reconciliation and GST submissions.
- Handle Accounts Payable functions: process supplier invoices into the accounting system and arrange bank transfers for payment.
- Manage Accounts Receivable functions: update customer payments, prepare monthly statements of accounts, aging reports, and assist with the sales commission system.
- Review and monitor the work of the outsourced accounting company responsible for management reports, GST, and annual tax returns.
- Ensure the accounting process complies with legal requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of other regulatory submissions.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- At least a Diploma in Business/ Accountancy with at least 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in MYOB/ABSS accounting system is an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office, and Google Office.
- Able to commence immediately or with short notice.
