The Disabled People’s Association (DPA) is Singapore’s only cross-disability non-profit organization. We champion the rights of persons with disabilities through advocacy, public education, and research, promoting an inclusive society where everyone is valued equally.


Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Fundraising & Partnership Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building partnerships, and driving initiatives to support DPA’s mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, donors, and sponsors.
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities and partnerships.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
  • Improve communications to enhance DPA’s visibility and outreach, including social media platforms and website.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or partnership management. Annual Target: $300,000 to $400,000.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for advocating for persons with disabilities.
