Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Fundraising & Partnership Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building partnerships, and driving initiatives to support DPA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns and events.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, donors, and sponsors.
- Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities and partnerships.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
- Improve communications to enhance DPA’s visibility and outreach, including social media platforms and website.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or partnership management. Annual Target: $300,000 to $400,000.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for advocating for persons with disabilities.
