We are looking for a Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies and plans to maximize our brand’s equity in the market. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving great agency relationships, as well as leading teams in brilliant execution of brand campaigns and on-ground activations. Apart from managing A&P budget, monitoring of market and consumer trends, you will work in close collaboration with management and sales teams to achieve set business objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


For Moet Hennessy Wines, Champagne and Sparkling brands, in Singapore and Malaysia :


  • Develop the marketing strategies and annual brand plans to strengthen brand image and awareness, and market competitiveness in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of creative and effective ATL & BTL marketing programs to build volume, revenue, market share and profitability within budget (A&P) in step with volume targets and in line with corporate and brand guidelines
  • Develop pricing strategies with Sales Director, ensuring value is maximized and NSI guidelines are met
  • Manage and evaluate Media, PR and BTL agencies to achieve optimum performance in all executions
  • Monitor various aspects of brand performance through market visits, research and trade feedback
  • Work closely with sales management to successfully implement trade marketing plans
  • Identify and develop synergies between the 2 markets
  • Reinforce and build an effective team by developing talent, continuous upgrading of skills, and working closely and effectively with sales team


REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 10 years of relevant marketing and brand management experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
  • Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, consistent business achievement with capability of leading sizable team, building team capabilities and transforming commercial organization
  • Strong commercial sense with marketing and digital mindsets, having good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and latest marketing technologies
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
  • Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
