Organization is looking for an individual with strong SAP functional experience who will be involved in various disciplines such as Change Management, Incident Management and Project Management. In this position, the candidate will ensure smooth production operations, as well as oversee end-user requests that aim for business compliance or continuous process improvements. The candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert who can lead discussions with business teams when mapping out new business process scenarios.
As this is a senior role, the candidate must possess sound collaboration skills, to clearly conduct requirements gathering, to properly structured testing phase and to clearly coordinate well-thought cutover activities.
This position requires a multi-discipline individual that is a self-directed, adaptable individual who can work under pressure, along with proven experience working on complex, international, time-critical projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules.
• Participate in both Change Management and Incident Management functions.
• Responsible on keeping well-documented business & technical documentations in repository.
• Troubleshooting various issues raised from both production operations and change requests/projects.
• Coordinate, prepare and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform end-user trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 6 years SAP experience on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules
• End-to-end process flow knowledge for Order-To-Cash (O2C), Procure-To-Pay (P2P) and other intercompany transactions.
• Knowledge on SAP FICO-related submodules (AR, AP, GL, etc.)
• Knowledge on SAP S4/HANA is an added advantage.
• Excel skill is required (generating formula, VLOOKUP, pivot table, etc.)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Strong project management skills and able to manage different stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to design solution or map-out end-to-end SAP process to accommodate new business process scenarios.
