- support the organisation’s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development.
- duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.
- collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to align processes and resources planning to the Division’s overall VBC strategy.
- work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives
- translate business requirements into data visualization using Tableau
- To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
- To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimally a degree in data/Analytics/informatics related course
- Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
