Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial and analytical reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct asset and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in export and import procedures and prepare quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate tax filings.
- Coordinate and participate in the annual external audit process.
- Support the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline financial operations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player with exemplary work ethics, initiative, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience with ERP systems and familiarity with the construction industry will be advantageous.
