Salary: up to $3500 + 550 transport allowance

Location: Tuas (islandwide pickup)
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily with external warehouse for pick and packing activities.
- Coordinate daily with affiliates and freight forwarders to arrange shipments ensuring on time delivery.
- Execute weekly shipment plan efficiently and monitor Purchase Order Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) and ensure shipments are made accordingly.
- Ensure timely creation of Delivery Note and Product Goods Issue by warehouse to meet market orders delivery date.
- Work with customer service teams to close off residual order quantities, changes on PO quantity or ETD and ensure market is informed of any changes or issues in shipment schedules.
- Prepare and manage necessary shipping and logistics documentation.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipments on a monthly basis. Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant shipping & SAP experience, preferably in pharma/manufacturing/medical device industry
