Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations of the pharmacy
- Ensure that the store is opened punctually
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness at the trading ea and retail storeroom
- Monitor the queue and actively respond to reduce the waiting time of patients.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers
- Identify customers’ needs and assist them with product enquiries
- Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of cash handling with proper verification
- Manage stock inventory
- Restocking of items on shelves
- Maintenance of equipment used in the pharmacy
- Perform goods receipts, handle inter-branch transfers and error reports
- Generate monthly reports for supervisor
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- GCE N or O Level with at least 2 years of pharmacy retail experience
