As a Senior Administration Officer in the company, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for products. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing orders by issuing job orders to vendors and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiating Letters of Credit.
- Coordinating shipping arrangements and preparing necessary shipment documents, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders, to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitoring customer payments and arranging timely payments to vendors.
- Undertaking additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- No prior experience required.
- Good knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, and international trade administration (e.g., import/export documentation) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP and Letters of Credit is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
