Job Description
- Prepare Daily Sales Report
- To process RMA, the whole cycle of return goods from customer
- Input Sales order, issue delivery order, invoice and ensure data accuracy.
- To provide proforma invoice to the sales coordinator for payment purpose.
- Preparation of shipping arrangements and schedule of delivery.
- Regular update and monitoring of inventory stock movements and price record in the system.
- Input Purchase Order and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries.
- To prepare standard operating procedure for processes.
- Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma related to Business or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience in the same industry is advantageous
