We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Associate Trainers in the areas of fire safety and emergency response.
Job Description
- Assist lead trainer to conduct training and tailor training delivery to accommodate various learning styles and participant needs
- Assist in developing training material whenever required
- Provide support and guidance to trainees
- Perform related duties (e.g. administration, logistics, etc)
Requirements
- Certificate in Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Minimum 5 GCE O Level Passes
- Background in Nursing would be an added advantage
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in the areas of donning and doffing off personal protective equipment in healthcare setting
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
