- Ensuring the centre operate adhere to SOP to deliver exceptional quality services.
- Building and managing relationships with customers and ensuring customers' needs are met.
- Establishing open communication, coaching and mentoring the team members, resolve conflicts and promote teamwork.
- Setting clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback and give due recognition to boost team's motivation and job satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience in the industry with management experience.
- Sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
