What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
(A) Engagement of companies
• Handle escalated CRM enquiries
• Call companies to conduct verification
• Regular updating of FAQs
• Track and report status and payment of cases
• Prepare regular reporting to Management
• Follow up on bounced SDL mailers
• Creation and regular housekeeping of data and folders within data sharing platforms
(B) Issuance of Notice
• Preparing and sending Notices on behalf of organisation
• Management, reconciliation and follow up of Notice of Objection (NOO) cases
• Populate reconciled and updated figures into relevant systems
Any adhoc duties assigned by Team Leader.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Tenure for the contract is 1 year. Applicants able to commit for at least 3 months can apply too.
- Preferable to have prior experience handling diverse groups of customers
- Candidates should be mature to handle CRM and confidential information
- Good working knowledge of excel preferred
- Candidates without the required qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Salary:
$3800 to $5000
