ICT & AV Support Personnel(School)

Location: Peicai Secondary School, 10 Serangoon Avenue 4, Singapore 556094

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assets Management:Update ICT inventory and AV stock books to meet MOE ITD and school fixed assets requirements.
   Conduct biannual stock-checks for ICT and AV inventory.
   Assist in condemnation and replacement of obsolete or faulty ICT equipment.
   Track loans of ICT and AV equipment and maintain system documentation.
   Coordinate with vendors for system fixes and upgrades.
   
2. ICT & AV Support:Promptly attend to service requests for ICT and AV support.
   Setup ICT tools (e.g., Swivl robots, interactive TVs) for school activities.
   Provide additional support as needed, such as resolving technical issues during classroom lessons.
   
3. 3D-Printing:Setup and maintain 3D-printers.
   Train students and teachers on 3D-printing operation and software usage.
   
4. Applied Learning Programme (ALP):Assist with ALP inventory management and maintenance.
   Maintain Makerspace at the library and support students in using maker equipment.
   
5. PLD-related Administration:Wipe data from student Personal Learning Devices (PLD).
   Perform basic troubleshooting and manage functions on Apple School Manager (ASM).
   
6. Co-Facilitation (CCA, Staff & Students):Co-facilitate Info-Comm Club training sessions for photography and videography.
   Mentor students and assist in videoing teachers' lessons.
   Conduct ICT training sessions for staff.
   
7. Others (School Related):Provide ICT support for school events (e.g., photography, videography, multimedia presentations).
   Maintain digital photo and video albums, and update the school website.
   Assist in designing school publications and certificates.
   

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT & AV inventory management in a school environment.
• Proficiency in both Windows and IOS platforms.
• Strong photography, videography, and multi-cam live feed videography skills.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining 3D-printers and Makerspace.
• Familiarity with M5Go, microbit, ClassVR goggles, and Swivl robots.
• Proficiency in MacOS and Apple School Manager (ASM) operations.
• Experience in website design and maintenance.
• Ability to resolve ICT technical issues and manage user accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
