Sub-con (need to go to multiple site for work）
5.5 days Mon to Fri 8am-5:30pm or 9am-6:30pm

Job scopes:
1) Calls for quotation from suppliers/contractors and compare price to ensure quotes are competitive.
2) Accept and process orders receive from RC and M&E project according to approved procurement list.
3) Record and updates POs using customize software
4) Ensure orders are process and delivered within stipulated time frame.
5) Need to perform liaison with suppliers/contractors and other parties involved within the scope of work.
6) Gather all materials/specifications related to costing
7) Handles all orders from project team and process POs within require time.
8. Constantly monitor and sourcing for alternatives and options to improve profitability
9) Purchasing materials for inventory
10) Resolve errors in PO as require
11) Systematic filing and documentation of PO
12) Monitor price increase and communicating changes as necessary
13) Negotiate all payment terms with suppliers/contractors
14) Manage and maintain a proper system to record all suppliers/contractors pricing & materials specification.
15) To actively participate in ad hoc projects and other administrative duties when required
16) Attend meeting(kick-off, projects)
