Key Responsibilities:
- Prosthetic Creation and Repair: Design, fabricate, and repair a variety of dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, orthodontic appliances, and implants.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dental prosthetics meet high standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and evaluation.
- Supervision and Training: Lead, mentor, and train junior technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, orthodontists, and other dental professionals to interpret and execute detailed instructions for customized prosthetic solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced dental lab equipment and CAD/CAM technology for precise design and fabrication.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Oversee inventory of materials and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and hours, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental lab setting, with a proven track record of high-quality work and leadership roles.
