Job Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect and design end-to-end solutions that meet business goals, comply with regulatory standards, and incorporate industry best practices. Define system architecture, components, interfaces, and integration points for optimal functionality and performance.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and identify emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms for potential enhancements and optimizations. Evaluate new solutions for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and strategize solutions. Effectively communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide the software development lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks within the architecture and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce architectural standards and quality assurance processes to maintain solution integrity and reliability. Perform regular reviews and audits for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or Software Engineering.
- At least 5-8 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in a Presales/Solution Architect role.
- Experience in Finance (risk control, anti-money laundering, micro-loans/cash loans), government (data platform), Internet (games, e-commerce), mobile apps, new energy, AI.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of banking and financial services.
Expertise in enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
