Responsibilities :
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- To lead, supervise and guide our sales team to support pre-sales activities including client and site visits, tenders, submitting proposals, etc.
- To identify, plan, build and maintain good working relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales
- To provide assistance and advise to customers
- Supervising and guiding the sales team
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience ins sales and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Electrical advantageous
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Able to multitaks and work under pressure
