Attend to walk in visitors.
• Screening of incoming calls and ensuring calls are promptly answered in a clear, professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure that the reception lobby and meeting rooms are well kept at all times.
• Review meeting room calendar and ensure rooms are ready for use.
• Mail management such as receiving incoming mails, preparing outgoing mails with the use of franking machine.
• Coordinate internal despatch and courier services.
• Stock take of stationery/ pantry needs and replenish orders.
• Source and work with vendors and suppliers on all enquiries & quotations.
• Coordinate with third party vendors including the cleaning company, air conditioning contractors and building management for maintenance work and other related issues.
• Process purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt in SAP system for procurement of pantries and stationeries supplies.
