Your new role
- Act as key contact to brokers and clients for defined book of business in relation to New Business Quotations, Insurance Application and Policy Services.
- Take ownership of quotations and applications by ensuring internal processes (eg Customer Diligence) are followed and deadlines are met.
- Provide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposals to all business partners and producers.
- Work in tandem with Business Development Managers and Underwriter to ensure that all new business cases are underwritten and processed accurately and timeline.
- Liaise with customers and brokers and ensure that all renewal requests, policy contract and agreement, mid-term adjustments, payment and any customer requests are processed accurately and within the SLA.
- Assist supervisor in implementing new procedures or changes and updating operations documentation such as SOPs and guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
- A-level qualification and above required
- Relevant insurance certification : Certificate of Health Insurance
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales or administrative functions
- Knowledge in Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred
