Responsibilities:
- Oversees project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring and cost forecasting
- Reviews the project revenue update and project cash flow.
- Oversees Change Order Management and Claims with Client, Vendors and Subcontractors
- Ensures timely commercial and cost reporting.
- Reviews and evaluates vendors and subcontractors CBEs
- Coordinates with respective stakeholders for Payment milestones requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant project control manager work experience is required for this position.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
