Key responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Efficiently manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management
- Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and written communication
- Schedule appointments with clients
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items at the end of meetings
Information Management
- Maintain an organised and accessible system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Include creating marketing materials on digital platforms
Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between internal contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Facilitate Client Servicing
- Comfortable in making phone calls/text to contact clients with updated information
Qualifications:
- No experience is required
- Be able to commit minimally 4 months full-time
- Open to fresh university graduates to apply

- Able to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable to make phone calls
- Able to communicate fluently in Chinese
