We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the Project Execution Plan, Logistic Plan, and Construction Plan. This role involves project controls including contract administration for time analysis and implications, preparing and serving contractual notices for time implications, and analyzing, preparing, and applying for extensions of time for project completion. The Planning Engineer will coordinate with the project team and prepare and submit weekly and monthly project status reports to the document controller for compilation. Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed.

Prepare Project Execution Plan, Logistic Plan, and Construction Plan
Conduct project controls including contract administration for time analysis and implications
Prepare and serve contractual notices regarding time implications
Analyze, prepare, and apply for Extension of Time for Completion
Coordinate with the project team to ensure alignment on project status and schedules
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project status reports to the document controller
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field within Singapore's Construction industry
Proficient in using Primavera (P6) and MS Project software
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
