Sales Support:
- Able to handle and follow up on sales inquiries and walk-in customers
- Follow up on sales inquiries;
- Prepare presentations and sales quotation;
- Schedule meetings and appointments;
Administration Support:
- Sourcing of materials
- Providing administrative support to purchase orders
- Manage daily administrative tasks (eg. filing);
- Assist with inventory stock take & logistic matters.
Digital Marketing Support for social media account (Tik-tok/Instagram):
- Create social media post/video for posting on social media accounts like Tik Tok & Instagram;
- Coordinate with digital marketing agency on content management (blog posts, ads), ensuring content is aligned with marketing objectives.
Competencies:
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Outlook functions
Resourceful
Creative
Fast learner
Preferably with interior design background
At least 2 years of working experience
