Job Responsibilities:
- Design, write and create compelling artwork or video for various mediums. (e.g., social media, blog posts, newsletters).
- Initiate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, etc., aiming to maximize online visibility and achieve targeted results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and external vendors to develop and execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Maintain e-commerce sites, ensure latest information and assets are reflected and showcasing the brand image.
- Assist in social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and consumer engagement activities.
- Assist in identifying and establish partnerships and engage local content creators through seeding and activation to generate reach, impressions and engagement effectively.
- Develop strategic partnerships that advance brand and company objectives, overseeing the entire process from conception to execution and maintaining effective relationship management.
- Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content remains current and ahead of the curve on social media.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant fields.
- Robust knowledge and proficiency in social and digital marketing, with prior experience in spearheading and managing social media campaigns.
- Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in Video Making and Editing, Graphic Design and Content Writing.
