Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company's business strategies and provide advice to the Board
· Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for sustainable business growth
· Establish and plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
· Oversee the company's financial, operational and sales performance
· Establish company policies and legal guidelines
· Lead and manage people and foster good corporate culture and values
· Manage good stakeholder relationships
· Oversee and establish robust process for enterprise risk management
· Ensure adherence to good corporate governance practices
Requirements
- Possess more than 15 years relevant experience in marine engineering industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience in developing strategic and sustainable business plans
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skill
- Preferably be able to work in overseas office in long term and frequent business trips
- Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Comfortable with speaking and reading Chinese as you will be working with your counterparts in the Greater China region
