We are looking to hire for someone who would be capable of performing the role of a Butler / Housekeeper on/off the flight travel while accompanying the principal/CEO on his private jet and traveling to multiple countries such as Europe. USA, Japan and India, etc.

BUTLER/HOUSEKEEPER
· Shall support in all aspects of service and in maintaining standards throughout the house.
· Being present for all Principals' and Guests' front of the house on arrival and departure.
· Portering all purchases or gifts to Principals.
· Receiving Guests to the establishment and offering hospitality.
· Running personal household tasks for Principals.
· Travelling with the family as required offering support services in secondary dwellings.
· Unpacking suitcases and have everything ready for use shortly after arriving at destination.
· Liaising with personal contractors and supervising their smooth arrival and departure.
· Serving food and beverage to Principals and Guests.
· Housekeeping duties such as early morning refreshment of The Principals dressing room and office, and regular cleaning of kitchen area in case assigned personnel is unavailable.
· Building a wine collection, keeping wine cellar inventories, replenish and having knowledge regarding fine wines.
· Managing various supplies in secondary dwellings.
· Spot checking of housekeeping standards.
· Care and supervision of family members and guests and their schedules.
· Ad hoc routine household facilities maintenance.
TRAVEL / FLIGHT ATTENDANT
· Safety briefing with the pilots before departure.
· Safety checks: status, location, and quantity of the safety equipment.
· Passenger reception and Guide passengers to their seats and assistance with their hand luggage.
· Ensuring passengers are aware of emergency exits and reaction in an emergency.
· Safety checks during take-off, closed tables, luggage well stored, belts fastened for all, seats in a vertical position, armrests lowered.
· Serving drinks and meals to passengers during the flight.
· Light food preparation and cooking.
· Managing emergencies, such as aircraft evacuation, administering first aid, emergency landings and emergency cabin decompression, turbulence.
· Takeoff and Landing checks and safety throughout flight
· Assisting passengers in exiting the plane
· Recording and updating of Principals' food and beverage and service preferences
· Monitor ongoing food and beverage supplies and managing all food and beverage stock, including expiry dates management and good stock rotation.
· Building a wine collection, keeping wine cellar inventories, replenish and having knowledge regarding fine wines.
· Ensure valuable items are always secure.
· Follow security procedures put in place by the security team to ensure the property is always secure.
· Assemble Pharmacy Box (pharma grade medicines for common problems - including
allergies/epi-pen/asthma meds).
· Arrange Pick-up/drop-off before/after each flight (in the US).
· New restaurant vetting - bring takeaway to sample new foods at home.
· Track likes & dislikes of all people who fly with the principal and family, customers/execs/etc.
· Print a menu for guests (food/beverages being served)-Digital or Paper based incase many
people are on board.
DESIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:
· Be able to travel with employer on his private jet on his business trips in Europe, US, Japan, India, etc.
· All the necessary travel needs are provided such as accommodation, food, clothing if required, flight reimbursement during off, incidental expenses, etc.
· This role offers the opportunity to travel to different countries hence candidate has to be willing to travel overseas.
· Ability to communicate, attentive, energetic, responsible and reliable.
· Has a strong initiative, meticulous and detailed-oriented.
· Trustworthy and has positive attitude.
· Highly organize and time management skills.
· Flexible to perform other roles being PA / travel / flight attendant / cook.
· Prior experience as flight attendant/butler/cook/housekeeper added advantage.
· Possess driver's license.
· Able to commit to travel outside Singapore for atleast 2-3 months.
· One round of interview with the Employer will be arranged.
