Job Duties:
- Support the Operation Support Team on project initiative to drive towards cheque elimination
- Preparation and analysis of data for reporting
- Handle outbound calls to customers in accordance with guidelines, service standards and quality.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards
- Proficient in MS Office
