- The IT Operations Support is required to have at least one (1) year of experience in IT support. The IT Operations Support is also required to have working experience in in analytical tasks (root cause analysis).
- The educational qualification of the IT Operations Support is required to have a Diploma or Degree in IT related discipline.
- Working experience in analytical tasks (root cause analysis)
- Maintaining robust systems processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders or management team.
- Working experience in monitoring of backend jobs
- Preferably with working experience in coordination work with different departments & administrative tasks
- Preferably with working experience in understanding and writing simple SQL queries.
