- Enrich children’s learning through co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula

- Planning of daily learning experiences
- Documentation of children’s learning and development
- Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community
- Actively engage in centre initiatives and support collaborative efforts with the community
