Position Overview:
We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily support our retail operations and marketing activities and related tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for retail and marketing and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support marketing strategies
- Create and maintain marketing materials
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm and facilitate marketing initiatives
- Manage budget, track and evaluate results for respective campaigns
- Support in administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
