1. Monitor the service quality to ensure customer / experience / service quality meet the standard.
2. Follow up on customer's enquiries, requests and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
3. Review and enhance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of the operation.
4. Deliver a professional, prompt and high quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholder over emails and walk-in.
5. Make outgoing calls to customers.
6. Resolve complicated / escalated issues.
