Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
- Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipment and payment arrangement.
- Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration
- Monitor and follow up on account receivables/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels. Stock take.
- Control correspondence, design filing systems.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
- May be required to shuffle jobscope as below:
- Booking of Transport and Accommodation ,Human Resource Administrative, Return Material Authorization Administrative, Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (e.g. Air conditioner, printer, pantries appliances and laptop etc.)
- Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma holder.
- 1 year of Sales Support/ Coordinator Experience.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office and windows.
- Able to communicate and read Chinese to liaise with Chinese external and internal stakeholders.
