Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner while assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
- Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
- Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations
- Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed
- Handle daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance
- Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not mandatory but an added advantage. Training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions
- Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth daily operation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
This job has the following work schedule:
- Retail hours
- 44 hours / week
- Shifting schedule
- Flexible 5 or 6 days / week
- Start work from Sep'24
Part time : Fr $11/hr
