Gross: $2000
5 day work week (rotating shift)
Working hours (8-hr shift):
- 7am to 3pm or 1.30pm to 9.30pm on weekdays
- 7.15am to 3.15pm or 10am to 6pm on weekend/PH
Responsibilities
- Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins
- Building rapport with new and existing members
- Handling payments when required
- Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members
- Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ
- Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries
- Actively seeking new sale opportunities
- Maintaining studio's cleanliness
- Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors
- All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager
Requirements
- Pleasant personality and loves meeting new people
- Relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales
- Outstanding communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- A great team player with strong initiative
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and punctual
- Fluency in English oral and written. (Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus!)
- Having a fitness background will be an added advantage!
