Job Title: Digital Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by overseeing the integration of ERP systems, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms to optimize business processes.
- Map and manage the product lifecycle (PLC), including software and firmware requirements, integrating them into cloud platforms for advanced analytics and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement through ERP, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
- Collect, validate, and document business requirements for digital solutions, translating them into functional specifications.
- Analyze commercial data (budgets, operational efficiency results) to develop investment proposals and feasibility analyses for digital transformation projects.
- Utilize project management tools like Asana for planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels to present findings, recommendations for digital solutions, and manage external technology partnerships.
- Source and evaluate external technology solutions and service providers, ensuring they meet digital transformation goals.
- Facilitate smooth transitions related to technology implementations, supporting change management processes.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Utilize various project management tools to oversee and manage digital transformation projects.
- Implement and manage inventory management tools to streamline operations.
- Experience with API integration to connect and synchronize software systems.
- Preferred experience with Python coding for automation and data analysis tasks.
- Demonstrate business knowledge and acumen in delivering projects that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field with a strong understanding of the battery manufacturing business and digital technologies.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation roles, with expertise in ERP systems, SaaS applications, cloud technologies, and relevant project management tools.
- Proven track record in managing digital transformation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation. Familiarity with Tableau, inventory management tools, API integration, and Python coding is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities for assessing complex data and developing actionable digital strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and managing external technology partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve business challenges through digital solutions.
