Regional Marketing Manager, Asia Campaigns
We are looking for a forward thinking, data-driven and passionate Regional Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to Marketing Director. This person will support growth, revenue generation and brand awareness in the region. In addition, this position will collaborate closely with our company new market Sales and Customer Success teams to generate pipeline for current and new customers by developing, leading, executing and tracking demand generation programs.
Responsibilities
· Work with Commercial Sales Leadership in the Asia to craft, plan, execute and track impactful quarterly marketing plans to meet and/or exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
· Drive and execute marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, events, etc.) in an effort to penetrate and expand into Commercial target accounts
· Plan and execute our participation in 3rd party webinars and events with end to end plan & follow-up, measurement and return on investment
· Lead to a quarterly territory budget
· Collaborate with Senior Asia Regional Marketing Manager to build the best results across the Asia Region
· Partner with outside marketing vendors from onboarding to invoicing to drive performance
· Work closely with our APAC Shared Services teams across campaigns and digital to complement in the field activities
Requirements
· Experience working with Key Stakeholders and alongside Sales Teams to build marketing programs that deliver value to the team you support
· Lead numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
· Motivated self-starter who thrives in sophisticated, fast-paced environments
· Experience with developing, executing and tracking results tied to multi-touch marketing plans
· More years of executing Regional or Campaign Marketing Programs, including physical and virtual events, direct mail programs in Asia SaaS or Technology markets
· Data driven and familiar with Full Funnel Marketing metrics (Leads, MQL’s Conversion, Pipeline, Bookings)
· Proficiency in G Suite, SFDC (Required) and Event Management Platforms like Splash
· Conclusive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing
· Ability to encourage cross-functional teams to work with you and feel excellent about their contribution
· Critical thinking and ability to develop sophisticated programs from inception
· Excellent oral and written communication skills to optimally communicate event plans, details and results
· Above Bachelor's degree required
