Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive sales for warehouse space, logistics solutions, and automotive services. This role requires an aggressive approach in building relationships and acquiring new business. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies for warehouse space, logistics, and automotive services.
2. Aggressively build and maintain client relationships; address their needs and concerns.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team; provide training and support.
4. Oversee sales operations and reporting; collaborate with marketing for promotions.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
2. Proven sales management experience, preferably in relevant sectors.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
4. Aggressive in building relationships and acquiring new business (hunter mentality).
5. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Monthly Salary Range (SGD): up to $5,000 per month
Working Period: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
