We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Audit Analyst to join our Risk and Capital Audit team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive reviews of the bank’s risk and capital processes, supporting capital management and BASEL reporting, and contributing to the development of data-driven audit and analytics tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management and other departments within the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of the bank’s risk management processes and capital audits.
- Identify and assess risks and controls within the bank’s risk and capital framework.
- Assist in the review and validation of capital management practices.
- Support the preparation and accuracy of BASEL reporting to regulatory authorities.
- Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Review and validate models used in risk and capital management processes.
- Support initiatives to build and enhance data-driven audit and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the IT and data analytics teams to improve audit methodologies.
- Participate in special audit projects and investigations as required.
- Provide audit support for new initiatives and regulatory changes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on risk management and capital audits.
- Experience working with one of the Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BASEL reporting and regulatory requirements.
