Job Description:
As a Sous Pastry Chef at our Central Kitchen, you will:
- Creatively decorate and assemble cakes, and prepare mousses
- Expertly bake sponge cakes and tarts, and prepare tart dough
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
