Responsibilities
- Attend to customers' lessons, travel enquiries and requests through phone calls, emails or walk in
- Follow up & serving customers' enquiries or bookings, before and after sales
- Provide administrative and operational support for the daily role in the academy
- Manage the daily operations of the academy, including registration, assist to provide ski equipment to the students
- Able to handle adhoc tasks as assigned, as well as perform any other duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be able to work on shift, weekends and Public holidays
- Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
