• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-6pm; Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle phone/email enquiries on appointments and installation related matters
- Arrange appointments with customers
- Send reminders sms/email for appointments
- Promote and attend to sales enquiries for company’s services
- Liaise with contractors on customers’ service matters
