- Sales of hazardous chemical waste collection, treatment, recycling and disposal services.
- Acquire new revenue growth by handling inbound new business calls for permanent commercial and industrial customers.
- Acquiring precious metals within Singapore & other countries and evaluating purchasing decisions with a focus on cost efficiency to ensure that all business transactions are profitable for the company.
- Effectively negotiate to retain customers from in-bound calls related to lost business due to competitive reasons. Contact the appropriate sales representative if the customer cannot be retained.
- To provide qualified technical support to customers’ request for quotation, preparation, presentation and negotiation in line with the Company’s directives.
- Developing and implementing strategies for business expansion.
- Provide customers with assistance regarding billing issues/queries.
- To establish, maintain and expand new customers base and service the needs of existing and future customers.
- Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and close deals.
- Responsible for complying with company’s policies and procedures.
- To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.
- Respond to all increases and decreases in service, change of ownership and other miscellaneous service changes that affect revenue
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of recycling processes and policies.
- Thorough understanding of waste management programs.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
・At least 2 years working in waste management environment field.
・Experienced at leading sales and revenue, with initiative and self-motivation, you'll juggle a varied workload with ease, effectively balancing strategic and operational priorities
