Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant will be responsible to support the credit control and accounts payable function for the company.
The portfolio includes but not limited to:
· Responsible for credit control and collections duties, including follow up and respond
to client’s enquires;
· Monitor collection progress and update aging status accordingly including accurate
records of all chasing activity;
· Performing account reconciliations;
· Perform reconciliation to supplier’s Statement of Account
· Prepare payment for trade suppliers
· Update payment vouchers in finance system and document management system
· Updating daily cashbook
· Provide ad-hoc reporting as required by Management
· Other duties that may delegate from time to time by management.

· Diploma in Accountancy.
· Min 3 years of experience credit control experience. Prior experience from insurance
broker firm will be an added advantage.
· Good knowledge of computer applications especially, Microsoft Excel.
