About the Role

At Saison International, the People & Culture (P&C) team is focused on what people need and how to provide it. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful intern to support the People & Culture department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various P&C matters, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative tasks. As a representative of our company’s culture, the P&C Intern should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a passion for supporting employee performance and cultivating a positive work environment.


This internship is for a period of 4 to 6 months.


What You Will Do:

  • Support the recruitment process by organizing and updating job descriptions, posting job openings, and scheduling screening interviews.
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing P&C letters and documents, maintaining employee records and personnel files.
  • Compile and maintain records for P&C reports such as recruitment and leave, etc.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to P&C matters and provide assistance as needed.
  • Participate in P&C initiatives and projects, providing support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a resourceful mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on ethics and cultural sensitivity.
  • Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, proactive approach, high energy levels, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Exhibits a high degree of social sensitivity and cultural awareness.
