Responsibilities:
1. Handle initiatives from the branch for Receptionist
- Connecting Guests/Visitors to Staff
- Offer refreshment when appropriate
2. Calls Management
- Answering calls in a professional manner; screen and routing phone calls as necessary to the correct person
3. Office Facilities Management
- Manage office inventory, ensuring healthy stocks of supplies; first –aid,
- stationeries and pantry, ensure copiers’ trays are stocked
- Meeting room booking and management
- Manage simple office facilities matters such as lights, air-cons etc.
- Manage monthly landscaping maintenance arrangements
4. Mails Managements
- Receiving and sending incoming mails to relevant departments
- Handle outgoing mails and courier arrangement
5. Other ad-hoc or general affairs duties as assigned for payment of invoices
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Professional and presentable individual
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
