Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with our external warehouse to oversee daily pick and packing activities.
-Liaise with affiliates and freight forwarders daily to ensure shipments are arranged and delivered on time.
-Implement weekly shipment plans effectively, monitoring Purchase Order Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) to guarantee timely dispatch.
-Facilitate the prompt creation of Delivery Notes and Product Goods Issues by the warehouse to fulfill market orders.
-Partner with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies, update PO quantities or ETDs, and communicate any shipment schedule changes to the market.
-Manage and prepare essential shipping and logistics documentation.
-Monitor, track, and report shipment-related KPIs monthly, using data analysis to drive improvements and corrective actions.
Min. Requirements:
-Min. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
-Min 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
-Prior experience with order fulfillment in SAP.
- A strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
