Duty and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of finance functions including full set of accounts, management reports, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow planning, performance analysis, project costing and risk management.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Provide project costing analysis and financial advice to the sales team and management
- Responsible for timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management
- Ensure the accounting processes (AP, AR and Bank recon etc.) and the company’s finance policies are efficient
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities and finance policies
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Job Qualification and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalents
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relations
- 5 day week @ Woodlands area
- working hours 10am to 7pm
